Gorkhali Sudhar Sabha was established on 17 April 1938 at Dobhalwala to look into the welfare of poor, helpless, elderly persons, widows and orphans of the Gorkhali community With a view to bring all round social upliftment and progress of Gorkha community by uniting the people and their resources for the purpose, the Gorkhali Sudhar Sabha was established by the distinguished personalities of Gorkha Commnity of Dehradun
